Firm History

Samuel C. Carpenter founded the firm in 1953. The company has evolved from an accounting practice into a comprehensive financial services firm. Managed by three Brothers, Samuel G. Carpenter, Joseph A. Carpenter and Paul S. Carpenter and proud that their Father, Samuel C. Carpenter, still has an active roll in the firm.

After preparing multiple income tax returns, we realized that people need help navigating the tax system. As the firm evolved, we realized that people need help with their long term investment strategy*. Because of these experiences, we expanded our practice to include other financial services and investment advice*.
